Dr K Soap Company Beard Balm - Woodland.

Formulated with all natural ingredients, this nourishing beard balm contains Shea Butter for beard conditioning while Coconut Oil and Vitamin E soothe and revitalize the beard and skin underneath. Beeswax contributes to hold, allowing styling of the beard and minimising stray/wild hairs.

Ingredients include:

• Shea Butter:  Extensively used as a natural moisturising cream (emollient) and has also been used for the treatment of burns and other skin ailments. Shea butter contains vitamins A and E, both of which have numerous benefits for the skin and beard.
• Coconut Oil: A natural moisturising cream (emollient) often used for the treatment of dandruff, skin infections and other skin ailments. Due to its oils and high fat content (approx. 90 percent saturated fats), it offers amazing moisturizing properties and is the perfect ingredient for conditioning the beard and skin beneath.
• Beeswax: Readily melting at body temperature, this versatile wax allows styling of the beard, setting upon removal of heat from the hands.

With regular use, this highly nourishing balm will leave the beard soft and healthy. Great smelling too – thanks to the addition of refreshing Cedarwood and Pine Needle Oils. With added Beeswax, this balm will also help keep stray hairs in check and allow for optimum beard styling.

Directions:

For best results, melt a small quantity in the hands and apply daily, massaging throughout the beard and into the skin beneath. Comb/Brush and style as desired.

Dr K Soap Company started in 2011 after funding ran out for his position as a researcher in a university in Cork, Ireland. The process of soap-making had always appealed to the biochemist and scientist in him and so it was almost a natural transition. He also really liked the idea of experimentation in my own lab - it was and still is an exciting and fun journey to come up with the Dr K range of products. From the beginning, he decided against the “norm” of chemical-laden artificial cosmetics that are available on our supermarket shelves – if he was going to make soap, he would make good soap. The use of only the finest natural ingredients has resulted in the ultimate good-for-you products – ones that he loves to use and is proud to put his name on.

Over time the product range has grown, as has the premises and staff. They are currently stocked in over 1000 stores across Europe, with more being added each day :) Dr K’s Handmade Soap and Cosmetics are produced in their laboratory in County Cork, Ireland according to EU cosmetic regulations. All products are SLS free, paraben free, petroleum free and never tested on animals.
