Dr. K Soap Company Beard Tonic - Woodland Spice.

Formulated with all natural ingredients, this nourishing beard oil contains Apricot Kernel Oil for beard conditioning while Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E soothe and revitalize the beard and skin underneath.

Ingredients include:

• Apricot Kernel Oil: A very mild natural oil. Cold pressed and refined from the dried kernels of the apricot fruit, this oil is known for its ability to penetrate the skin without leaving an oily feel. Rich in essential fatty acids (oleic, linoleic), this oil is also high in Vitamin A and C. Its excellent softening and moisturizing properties are great for both face and hair.
• Jojoba Oil: This oil is obtained from the jojoba plant, which is a perennial shrub native to Mexico and parts of the US (Arizona, California). This oil is widely used for the purposes of skin and hair care, mainly due to its similarity with that of human sebum (naturally secreted by the oil glands present under the skin surface).

With regular use, this highly nourishing oil will leave the beard soft and healthy. Great smelling too – thanks to the addition of a subtle blend of Cedarwood, Pine Needle, Lime and Cinnamon Essential Oils.

For best results, apply a small amount 1-2 times daily, massaging throughout the beard and into the skin beneath.

Dr K Soap Company started in 2011 after funding ran out for his position as a researcher in a university in Cork, Ireland. The process of soapmaking had always appealed to the biochemist and scientist in him and so it was almost a natural transition. He also really liked the idea of experimentation in my own lab - it was and still is an exciting and fun journey to come up with the Dr K range of products. From the beginning, he decided against the “norm” of chemical-laden artificial cosmetics that are available on our supermarket shelves – if he was going to make soap, he would make good soap. The use of only the finest natural ingredients has resulted in the ultimate good-for-you products – ones that he loves to use and is proud to put his name on.

Over time the product range has grown, as has the premises and staff. They are currently stocked in over 1000 stores across Europe, with more being added each day :) Dr K’s Handmade Soap and Cosmetics are produced in their laboratory in County Cork, Ireland according to EU cosmetic regulations. All products are SLS free, paraben free, petroleum free and never tested on animals.
