MONTIBELLO INICIATIVE NEUTRALISER 100ML Neutralizer specially formulated to act synergistically with INICIATIVE SHAPE PERM

Contains a cationic silicone emulsion and a conditioning polymer which condition and repair the hair by forming a protective film on the fiber.

Technology:

Formulated with a cationic emulsion of silicone plus one  conditioning polymer, which condition and form a protecting-repairing film over the hair. 

Directions:

1. Once the perm has developed, rinse the hair thoroughly with water for 5 minutes and towel-dry.
2. Soak the curlers with the neutralizing liquid, starting at the nape of the neck.
3. Leave on for 5 minutes.
4. Unroll the curlers, avoiding pulling the hair and soak again with the neutralizer from mids to ends.
5. Leave the neutralizer on for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
